Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Energy Development and Promotion Act. Section 1 establishes that anyone who wishes to apply for a permit for production or expansion of regulated energy is required to submit an application form as annexed to the present Regulation. The text consists of 6 sections and 1 Annex.
