Ministerial Regulation on the Division of the Department of Climate Change and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, B.E. 2566.

This Ministerial Regulation reorganizes the internal structure of Thailand’s newly renamed Department of Climate Change and Environment under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. It revokes previous regulations related to the former Department of Environmental Quality Promotion and establishes new divisions and responsibilities to align with the country’s climate change agenda. The department is tasked with policy development, international cooperation, greenhouse gas reduction, climate adaptation, public engagement, and environmental research. It includes specialized offices such as the Climate Adaptation Division, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Division, and Climate Research Center to enhance national capacity in addressing climate and environmental challenges.
