Ministerial Regulation No. 16 prescribing procedures in proposing work and expenditure issued under the provisions of the Petroleum Act B.E. 2514 (No. 16 of B.E. 2532).

This Ministerial Regulation amends Ministerial Regulation No. 3 on concession application by replacing the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 with new provisions prescribing procedures the applicant shall follow to propose the amount of expenditure obligations and physical work obligations for petroleum exploration in each exploration block.
