Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Mineral Royalty Rates Act. For the purpose of the present Act «gem» means diamond, zircon yellow sapphire, ruby, other sapphires or minerals in the Corundum group. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to amount of royalties on gems, as well as modalities of collection of payments. The text consists of 5 sections.
