Abstract
This Ministerial Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Wildlife Conservation and Protection Act B.E. 2562.
The Ministerial Regulation makes provisions for the criteria, methods and conditions for applying for and issuing licenses for breeding reserved or protected wildlife, possession and movement for trade of protected wildlife and carcasses of protected wildlife, and trade of protected wildlife , carcasses of protected wildlife and products made from carcasses of protected wildlife.
For the Ministerial Regulation, the license to operate a wildlife breeding business means a license to operate a breeding business of protected wildlife that can be bred in accordance with Section 8 or controlled wildlife in accordance with Section 9, only the species announced and specified by the Minister; the wildlife trading license refersto a license to trade protected wildlife that can be bred in accordance with Section 8 or controlled wildlife in accordance with Section 9, only the species announced and specified by the Minister, carcasses of wildlife or products from carcasses of such wildlife; the wildlife possession license means a license to possess protected wildlife that has been bred and obtained from breeding or carcasses of such wildlife.
