MINISTERIAL REGULATION PRESCRIBING ENERGY MANAGEMENT STANDARDS, CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES IN CONTROLLED FACTORIES AND CONTROLLED BUILDINGS, B.E. 2552 (2009).

This ministerial regulation provides for energy management standards, criteria and procedures in controlled factories and controlled buildings.
The owner of a controlled factory and the owner of a controlled building shall appoint a working group on energy management and shall prescribe its structure, powers and duties and responsibilities.
