Ministerial Regulation prescribing type or size of building and standard, rule and procedure for designing of energy conservation building B.E. 2552 (2009).

The present Regulation is made under the Promotion of Energy Conservation Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to type or size of building and standard, rule and procedure for designing of energy conservation building. Chapter 1 deals with type and size of building and chapter 2 concerns standard and rule for building design. This chapter contains the following Parts: Building envelope system (1); Electric lighting system (2); Air conditioning system (3); Water heating appliance (4); Overall energy of consumption of building (5); Renewable energy development in any system of building (6). Chapter 3 is entitled «Rule and procedure for building design calculation».
