Abstract
These Ministerial Regulations are developed in accordance with the Agricultural Land Consolidation Act, B.E. 2558.
The Ministerial Regulations specify the criteria, methods and conditions for leasing, hire-purchasing or transferring land or other property of the Royal Irrigation Department obtained under the Agricultural Land Consolidation Act B.E. 2558 to farmers for use in agriculture.
