Abstract
These Ministerial Regulations are developed in accordance with the Act on Expropriation and Acquisition of Real Estate, B.E. 2556 (2019).
Article 1 provides for persons who have the right to request return of expropriated land. Any person who has the right to request the return of expropriated land and wishes to return the land must submit a request with documents or evidence to the official (art.2).
