Abstract
These Ministerial Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Maritime Labor Act B.E. 2558 (2015).
Seafarers have the right to see a doctor or dentist for examination and treatment. The ship owner must provide a nursing facility on the ship, a medicine cabinet, and basic medical equipment. The ship's master must prepare a medical report for seafarers who are sick or injured and are sent for medical treatment on shore.
