Ministerial Regulations specifing the criteria, methods and conditions and the rate of expenses for soil or land improvement or soil and water conservation on an individual basis, B.E.2555 (2012).

These Ministerial Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Land Development Act, B.E.2555 (2008).
Anyone who wishes to have the Land Development Department to carry out soil or land improvement or soil and water conservation on an individual basis shall submit the application to the Land Development Department or to the local competent authority of land development.
The Ministerial Regulations further specify the criteria, methods and conditions and the rate of expenses for soil or land improvement or soil and water conservation on an individual basis.
