Ministerial Regulations specifying criteria for determining water usage rates, charging, deducting, and exempting water usage rates for the type two water use and the type three water use, B.E. 2567.

These Ministerial Regulations are issued in accordance with the Water Resources Act, B.E. 2561 (2018) .
Article 1 provides for calculation of water usage costs for the type two water use and the type three water use. Article 2 provides for the factors to be considered for determination of water usage rates for for the type two water use and the type three water use. Reduction of water usage costs must be in accordance with the criteria and conditions as prescribed in Article 3.
