Ministerial Regulations specifying the reduction, increase, or deduction of compensation as a result of expropriation or changed conditions of land, B.E. 2564 (2021).

These Ministerial Regulations are developed in accordance with the provisions of Section 6, paragraph one, and Section 22, paragraph five, of the Royal Act on Expropriation and Acquisition of Real Estate, B.E. 2556 (2019).
The Royal Act on Expropriation and Acquisition of Real Estate, B.E. 2556 provides for action in the case where the price of land in the same plot remaining from expropriation has increased or in the case where the land that has been expropriated changes its condition in a way that will cause damage or is unsuitable for use. The Ministerial Regulations prescribe the criteria, procedures and conditions for reduction, increase, or deduction of compensation as a result of expropriation or changed conditions of land.
