These Ministerial Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Government Procurement, Employment, and Supplies Management Act 2017.
The Ministerial Regulations prescribe the designation of supplies that the government wants to promote or support, and the methods for procuring such supplies. Article 3 provides for the supplies to promote and develop agriculture. Article 9 provides for materials to promote teaching and learning. Innovation promotion packages are packages that the state wants to promote or support (art.12).
