Ministry of Public Health Notification No 355 B.E. 2556 (2013) Regarding to the Food in a Hermetically Sealed Container.

This Notification provides for the control of food in hermetically sealed containers. Food in a Hermetically Sealed Container is prescribed as food to have qualities or standards (Clause 2). The qualities or standards are stipulated in Clause 4 - 8. Clause 9 provides for the requirements to be satisfied by the containers of foods. Food in a Hermetically Sealed Container producer or importer shall follow to (1) The notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding to production processes, production equipment, and foods storages; and (2) The notification of the Ministry of Public Health regarding to production processes, production equipment, and foods storages of acidified and low cid can food.
