Abstract
This Act amends the National Energy Policy Council Act, B.E. 2535 (1992).
Amendments include: replacement of section 5 with a new section defining the internal organization of the National Energy Policy Council; and replacement of section 13 with a new section on powers and duties of the Director-General of the Energy policy and Planning Office.
