National Environmental Quality Promotion and Preservation Act (No. 2), B.E. 2561 (2018).

This Act is enacted to amend the National Environmental Quality Promotion and Conservation Act B.E. 2535.
The definition of the term “government agency” shall be added. “Government agency” means a government agency, state enterprise, public organization, local government organization, and other government agencies established by law. The amendments are further made on the provisions on the preparation of an environmental impact assessment report and the environmental impact assessment system.
