Abstract
This Act lays down the restrictions on smoking in public places, work places and public transport. The Act authorizes the Minister of Public Health to designate places where smoking is prohibited or restricted to designated areas, and to specify criteria for designated smoking areas.
This Act is divided into 15 Sections, including the measures for inspection and supervision, offences and penalties.
