Notification of the Department of Health Prescribing the quality or standard, principles, conditions and methods of analysis for pathogenic microorganisms in foods (No.416) B.E.2563 (2020).

This Notification sets up requirements for standard criteria for Pathogenic Microorganisms in Food.
Food listed in Annex 1 of this Notification produced or imported for sale or sold shall be free from pathogenic microorganisms except for pathogenic microorganisms specified in Annex 2 of this Notification. Methods of Analysis are prescribed in Annex 3 of this Notification.
