Abstract
This Notification is issued in accordance with the Factory Act B.E. 2535.
Article 5 lists the effluent quality standards to be satisfied for controlling the discharge of wastewater effluent from factory operating business on desalination B.E. 2564 (2021). Effluent samples for the examination of effluent standards under Article 5 shall be collected at the discharge point from the factory, or at other points that can be used as a representative of the effluent that is discharged from the factory.
