Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 233) B.E. 2544 (2001) Re: Amendment of the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 23), B.E. 2522 (1979), Re: Prescribed Peanut Oil to be Specific Controlled Food and Prescribed Qualities or Standards, Production Processes, and Labelling.

Clause 1 and Clause 2 are amended. Peanut oil is prescribed food to have qualities or standards (Clause 1). Peanut oil producers or importers for sale shall follow to the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health, Re: Production processes, production equipment, and foods storages (Clause 2). The Notification amends also the requirements for the containers and labeling of peanut oil, the validation of food registration licenses or labelling approvals, producers’ or importers’ permits of peanut oil which were issued prior to the Notification of the Ministry of Publish Health No. 23 B.E. 2522 (1979), Re: Prescribed peanut oil to be specific controlled food and prescribed qualities or standards, production processes, and labelling, dated 13th September B.E. 2522 (1979).
