Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 254) B.E. 2545 (2002) Re: Ice. (No. 3).

This Notification provides for the requirements and rules relating to the labels of ice for sale to consumers and the labels of ice which is not for sale to consumers.
Labels of ice for sale to consumers shall be expressed in Thai texts but foreign texts may be accompanied and including the declarations of name of food, food serial number, declaration of “Edible Ice” by blue alphabets, etc. The Notification shall come into force as from the day following date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
