Order of the Department of Fisheries No. 585/2019 on the Establishment of the Office for the Coordination on Prevention and Combating Illegal Unregulated and Unreported Fishing.

This Order of the Department of Fisheries establishes the office of coordination on prevention and combating IUU to have the roles and duties as follows: 1) To collect and analyze the information concerning the prevention and combating illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing; 2) To provide a report concerning the results of operation on prevention and combating IUU fishing; 3) To coordinate and integrate with relevant government agencies within the Department of Fisheries and other national and foreign agencies with relevant missions; 4) To undertake other actions assigned by Director General of the Department of Fisheries.
