Abstract
The purpose of the Act is to promote science, research, and innovation appropriately and comprehensively.
The State shall promote and support the development of science, technology, research and innovation, and various branches of the arts and sciences of the country as a whole in order to create knowledge by taking actions such as: Establishing national science, research and innovation policies, strategies and plans; Supporting and assising in the registration of intellectual property rights; Supporting participation and utilization of research results and innovations by the government sector, private sector, communities, and civil society.
The National Research Office shall establish a database of science, research and innovation of the country.
