Public Protection Act in entering into contracts for the sale and purchase of agricultural or residential land, B.E.2562 (2019).

This Act is enacted to protect sellers of agricultural and residential land to receive fairness from such transactions.
Section 8 provides for the sales contract contents. The official shall have the duty to inspect the sales contract to ensure that all the details are complete. For the benefit of facilitating the public and protecting the consignor, the Land Department may provide a form for use in entering into a consignment sale contract. The Act further makes proviiosns for: rights and duties of the seller and the buyer, transitional provisions, etc.
