Royal Decree on the Establishment of the Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) B.E. 2546 (2003).

This Royal Decree provides for the establishment of a Public Organization to be referred as Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization). Objectives of the Agency shall include: promote, support and develop agricultural research; and establish technical cooperation with academic institutions or other related institutions both in the public and private sector for the production and development of research and agricultural researchers both local and abroad. This Decree also establishes the Executive Board of the Agricultural Research Development Agency which shall be responsible for the management and execution of activities.
