Royal Decree on the Establishment of the Wastewater Management Organization B.E. 2538.

This Decree provides for the establishment of the Wastewater Management Organization. The objective of the Organization is to provide a central wastewater treatment system for wastewater treatment within the wastewater management area and provide administrative or management services of wastewater treatment system both inside and outside the wastewater management area.
Section 7 provides for the powers and duties of the the Wastewater Management Organization, including: to collect service fees or management fees for the treatment of wastewater; to carry out work on wastewater reuse and production; to make a joint agreement in order to manage wastewater in the wastewater management area; etc.
