Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to assist rubber plantation owners in the improvement of rubber plantations. The Act consists of 28 Sections.
A rubber replanting aid fund shall be established consisting of aid contribution under this Act for financing the improvement of rubber plantation which gives little yield. Any person who exports rubber shall make aid contribution in accordance with the rules, procedure, conditions and rate of aid approved by the Council of Ministers.
