Abstract
This Rule of the Office of the Prime Minister, consisting of 17 Clauses, is formulated to lay down the rules and procedure on public consultation for the interests of both State agency and the public, and to be guidance for the making of extensive public consultation in the undertaking of any State's project.
A State agency in charge of the State's project shall, prior to the commencement of the State's project, disseminate information to the public and may also conduct one or more public consultation methods. A State agency in charge of the State's project which causes severe impacts on public at large shall have, prior to the commencement of the State's project, to conduct one or more public consultation methods.
