Social Enterprise Promotion Act, B.E. 2562 (2019).

This Act is enacted to ensure effective supervision of the business operations of social enterprises.
Businesses to be registered as social enterprises under this Act must have a social purpose as the main goal of the business, and must have the characteristics as prescribed in Section 5 of the Act. The Act further specifies measures to support registered social enterprises and establish the the Social Enterprise Promotion Committee and the Office of Social Enterprise Promotion to provide assistance and develop social enterprises and social enterprise groups.
