Abstract
This Thai Agricultural Standard (TAS) covers the production system and its evaluation of peppers with scientific name, Capsicum spp. of Solanaceae family. It includes all steps from production in the field to collecting house in order to obtain safe and fresh peppers with quality suitable for consumption.
