Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research Act (B.E. 2522 of 1979).

The Act concerns the establishment of the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research whose functions pertain to the promotion of the agricultural and industrial development of the country. The power and duty to exercise general supervision of the activities of the Institute are entrusted to the Minister of Science, Technology and Energy. Further provisions concern, inter alia, the appointment of the organs of the Institute by the Minister and the accounting and auditing of the Institute.
