Trade Competition Act, B.E. 2560 (2017).

This Act is enacted to
The Trade Competition Commission shall be established. The powers and duties of the Commission shall include: (1) to make recommendations to the Minister on the issuance of Ministerial Regulations under this Act; (2) to issue Rules or Notifications in the execution of this Act; (3) to regulate business operation and prescribe practices in the interest of ensuring free and fair trade competition; (4) to consider complaints and investigate the commission of offences under this Act; etc.
The Act further makes provisions for: prevention of monopolies and unfair trade, institution of action for claiming damages, offences and penalties, etc.
