Abstract
The Parties have agreed that the Government of the Swiss Confederation shall assist the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan at its request in case of the outbreak of natural disasters. The assistance shall be free of charge and it shall be exercised in place of natural disaster.

This Agreement shall be effective one month after the date of receiving of the written confirmation of the Parties on carrying out all the necessary internal procedures for its coming into force.
Notes
This Agreement shall be open-ended and shall be terminated or suspended after written by one Party notice to the other.
