Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following spheres: (a) plant cultivation; (b) stockbreeding, including pedigree stockbreeding; (c) veterinary; (d) biotechnology; (e) farming; and (d) agricultural education. Cooperation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) exchange of information; (b) exchange of samples of seeds; (c) joint research; and (d) exchange of experts.

This Agreement entered into force in Ukraine on 04 December 2008.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for one or more three-year periods unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other.
