Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Organisation of Republican Cotton Stock Exchange (No. 59 of 1997).

The management of the cotton cleaning industry of the Government shall prepare the establishment of a cotton stock exchange. The exchange shall have as purpose to facilitate the marketing of cotton and to assist cotton producers to do so. Various undertakings, irrespective of who owns them, may become members of the Exchange. This Decree contains also some rules regarding internal and external trading. These rules concern prices, marketing standards and trading mechanisms.
