Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Stimulation of Manufacture and Sale of Food Wheat to the State (No. 382 of 1995).

This Decree aims at the stimulation of agricultural undertakings of all sorts in Tajikistan to increase production and sale of wheat fit for human consumption in Tajikistan. The Ministry of Bread Products is permitted to buy at a fixed price and in convertible currency wheat from collective farms, state farms and other agricultural undertakings that produce wheat intended for human consumption. The agricultural undertakings are recommended to use the increase in convertible funds to invest in means to increase the production. Prices shall be fixed jointly by the Ministries of Economy, the Ministry of Bread Products, and the Ministry of Agriculture.
