Decree No. 38 of the State Committee of Environmental Protection and Forestry validating the Regulation on ecological posts.

This Decree establishes that, with a view of enduring environmental protection and environmental security of the population ecological posts shall be organized in the following places: (a) at the entrance to the big cities; (b) at the highways with high motor vehicles traffic and high emission levels; (c) at the entrance to protected areas; (d) at the entrance of recreational and tourism areas; (e) in the healthcare areas and recreational areas; (f) in the areas with negative environmental impact; and (g) in the border areas.
