Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Introduction and Implementation of the Forest Code of the Republic of Tajikistan (No. 770 of 1993).

This Order concerns the implementation of provision of the Forest Code of Tajikistan, recently adopted and entering into force on 1 July, 1993, and the harmonisation of other provision relating to forestry with provision of the Code. the Government shall present a programme of reduction of legislation pertaining to forestry and issue regulations in conformity with the Code. The Government shall also consider reorganization of Ministries and other State committees and departments to as to bring the administrative structure in line with the provisions of the Code.
