Government Decree No. 264 on the ban on the import, manufacturing and sale of mercury lamps in the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Government decree to prohibit import, manufacturing and sale of mercury lamps with code 8539322001 of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Republic of Tajikistan from June 1, 2022. The Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, together with the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, shall ensure control over the implementation of this resolution.
