Government Resolution No. 206 validating the rates of land tax and unified agricultural tax for 2022-2026.

This Government Resolution validates the rates of land tax and unified agricultural tax on the scale of cadastral zones of cities and regions of the country, including mountain zones, for 2022-2026 (Annexes 1, 2 and 3). The tax authority shall carry out annual indexation of land tax rates established by this Resolution in accordance with the inflation rate for the previous tax year, determined by the authorized body in the field of statistics and post indexed land tax rates for the current calendar year on its official electronic website.
