Governmental Decree No. 148 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.

This Governmental Decree establishes that the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population is central executive body responsible for implementation of state policy and regulation of legal relations in the field of protection of public health and social protection of the population. The Ministry approves the procedure for conducting expert examinations and control over manufacturing, trade, storage, registration and use of food additives and foodstuffs for special dietary uses.
