Governmental Decree No. 300 validating the Regulation on licensing of environmental audit.

This Decree establishes that the objective of environmental audit shall be to establish compliance of the projected economic activities and programs with environmental requirements and prevention of possible negative environmental impact thereof. Environmental audit shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Licenses shall be issued by the competent licensing authority separately for each single type of activity. License shall be issued for a maximum time period of two years with the possibility of renewal. Environmental audit can be performed either by natural or by legal persons.
