Governmental Decree No. 399 on state support of consumer cooperation.

The Government, for the purpose of creation of conditions for the restoration of consumer cooperation, utilization of its potential for the improvement of supply of rural population, decrees to entitle state executive bodies with the task of safeguarding property status of consumer cooperation, support organizations of consumer cooperation in their activity aimed at restoration of purchase and delivery stations, shops, warehouses, processing enterprises and increase on this basis of purchase of agricultural commodities and raw materials, processing and vending to the population and delivery for the state needs of the aforementioned commodities and not allow interference with the issues of distribution by the organizations of consumer cooperation of commodities and foodstuffs without the corresponding payment.
