Governmental Decree No. 41 setting up the National interdepartmental coordination commission on ecological statistics.

This Decree establishes that the National interdepartmental coordination commission on ecological statistics shall be main coordinating body in the sphere of ecological statistics performing the following tasks: (a) implementation of common state policy in the sphere of ecological statistics; (b) elaboration of the concept and of the program of the unified environmental monitoring system; (c) elaboration of environmental principles, criteria and indicators; and (d) elaboration of proposals for attracting of investments with a view of improvement of ecological statistics and information.
