Governmental Decree No. 5 validating the Regulation “On grants of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to support and develop women's entrepreneurial activities for 2021-2025”.

This Governmental Decree establishes the rules for grants of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the support and development of women's entrepreneurship for 2021-2025, developed to support entrepreneurial activities, increase the activity of women in the economic sector and establish the procedure for creating a commission and its powers, allocating grants, the procedure for receiving and considering applications, terms and control over the implementation of grant projects. The main purpose of allocating grants from the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is to support and develop women’s entrepreneurial activities for 2021-2025 by creating conditions for the realization of the rights and economic opportunities of women and ensure their equal participation in public life, increase their competitiveness in the labor market, support and development of women's entrepreneurship. Grants are allocated to women entrepreneurs whose submitted projects meet the requirements of these rules and are aimed at developing women's entrepreneurial activities, creating new jobs, ensuring their competitiveness in the labor market, developing folk crafts, employment and training and professions for women and girls. Grants contribute to the development of the system of innovative entrepreneurship and the start of entrepreneurship (startups).
