Governmental Decree No. 502 validating the Regulation on the procedure for the constitution and use of financial and material and technical reserves for the restoration of drinking water supply and sanitation systems that have been negatively impacted as a result of emergency situations.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for the constitution and use of financial and material and technical reserves for the restoration of drinking water supply and sanitation systems that have been negatively impacted as a result of emergency situations. Financial and logistical reserves for recovery of drinking water supply and sanitation systems subjected to negative impacts as a result of emergency situations, are constituted in order to urgently raise the necessary funds, in case of the outbreak of emergency situations, to restore drinking water supply and sewerage systems. Financial and logistical reserves for recovery of drinking water supply and sanitation systems subjected to negative impacts as a result of emergency situations, are constituted by decision of the administration of enterprises, institutions and other organizations operating in the field of drinking water supply and sanitation systems, regardless of their organizational and legal form.
