Governmental Decree No. 550 validating the Regulation on organization and keeping the National register of environmental auditors and environmental auditing organizations.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for organization and management (keeping and updating) the National register of environmental auditors and environmental auditing organizations authorized for the performance of environmental audit. National register of environmental auditors and environmental auditing organizations list all the authorized environmental auditors and auditing organizations. The following information shall be inserted in the National register of environmental auditors and environmental auditing organizations: (a) on environmental auditors who have a license to perform environmental auditing activities, issued in the prescribed manner by the Committee on environmental protection under the Government; and (b) about legal entities, in the statute of which this type of activity is envisaged and in the staff of which at least one specialist has a license to perform environmental and auditing activities.
