Governmental Decree No. 602 “On performance of State Ecological Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009 – 2019”.

This Governmental Decree assigns to the competent state institutions the relevant tasks for the performance of implementation of State Ecological Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009 – 2019. In particular, the Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for planning, planting and re-planting of terraced orchards and vineyards on steep mountainous areas, introduction of crop rotation on irrigated and dry land, re-cultivation of abandoned agricultural land, erosion prevention and rational management and protection of mineral, thermal and medicinal water resources.
