Governmental Decree No. 607 validating the List of foreign goods that cannot be placed under the customs regime for destruction.

Destruction of the following groups of goods shall be prohibited: (a) goods prohibited for import into the customs territory of the Republic of Tajikistan; (b) radioactive or hazardous waste; (c) equipment for electrical, thermal and other types of energy; and (d) uranium, other fissile materials and products made from them.
